Setup Fee: This includes an advocate specialist contacting the business owner for a company walk through of policies and procedures, CRM training, contracts, product/service education, billing, attached documents, screen shot overview, obtain user names and passwords to various accounts used to respond to chargebacks.
Monthly Fee: This includes a monthly report that we send to you which will inform you on the clients that have done a chargeback, reason for the chargeback, pending (within 30 days), and the won or lost chargebacks.
Chargeback Fee: This includes research, gathering of supporting documentation, such as; Dispute letters, Screen shots, Copy of customer communication, Emails, Signed contracts, AVS match, Receipts, Invoices, Refunds, Cancellations, etc… and submission/response to merchant provider within due date provided.
Collection Services: This includes consulting on company policies and procedures, CRM training, legal documentation, product/service education, billing, obtain user names and passwords to various accounts used to collect on debtor.
